Campus cooling and heating plant serving the southern portion of the medical school campus.

Mechanical System Renovations: Multiple projects resulting in the installation of 3,700 tons of chilled water cooling capacity, 1,150 BHP of heating capacity, and various reconfigurations to address the building growth on the campus.
